Diablo 3 Announced!

Finally!
The World Wide Invitational kicked off today in Paris with the announcement that Blizzard has been working on the one title we have all been begging for. Diablo 3 looks exactly as sweet as we imagined. We're following along with the Keynote now, and will update as we get more information.
My notes on the presentation after the jump.
The first class you are introduced to is the Barbarian, returning from Diablo 2 to kick much ass. In the video, he is shown navigating a dungeon dual-wielding axes, each enchanted with a different spell in order to deal a variety of classes of damage. The very air around him pulses with the evil of the denizens of the dungeon, and he is assaulted on all sides by wave after wave of creatures. Here we see the power of the new enemies of Diablo 3, with summoners conjuring up minions that will deal 5 times the damage of their creator, and must be dealt with swiftly.
The environments in Diablo 3 are entirely destructable, and can be used to aid our heroes in their struggle for survival, but those very environments may do more harm than good. Chests may hold items, but are just as likely to hold traps and curses. What's this? A Deckard Cain voiceover, confirming that the legendary character will reprise his role in the series.
Mike Morhaime lets us know that Diablo 3 will be more story-driven than the previous installments in the series, but will still be centered around co-op play. As a title heavily driven by co-op, Diablo 3 will feature a new class, the Witch Doctor.

I wish they would be porting it to the 360 or PS3 as well.
