Saturday here at the Anaheim Convention Center is replete with the walking gaming dead; everyone is too sleepy to cheer (I assume the lines for coffee were almost as horrendous as those for the talking Murloc).

We will have a complete rundown of the PvP panel we just sat through later on today, but I had to let you know that Strands of the Ancients looks even more awesome than I thought, and with the in-beta video of players fighting in Wintergrasp, I am suddenly jazzed to queue up for a battleground. Siege weapons, destructible environments, and of course the opening of a reward raid instance...all of this adds up to a killer good time.

We also can expect to see a boatload of new battlegrounds added to the game once Wrath goes live, so those people who have been played out of playing Warsong Gulch have something new and shiny to look forward to. CnC took a massive amount of photos of the panel, so once I track her down and steal her camera I'll toss them up here for you all to enjoy.
